At the heart of Blue Bistrot and our sister restaurant, Lumi Rooftop, Chef João Silva brings a refined yet relaxed approach to contemporary portuguese cuisine. With us since 2018, his cooking celebrates honest flavours, seasonal ingredients, and the pleasure of good food shared in good company.

While Blue Bistrot offers an intimate, neighbourhood-feel dining room – warm, softly lit, and styled for unhurried meals – Lumi Rooftop rises above Lisbon with sweeping skyline views and a bright, open-air atmosphere. Both spaces showcase João’s food in their own way: one cosy, elegant and deeply inviting; the other airy, scenic, and perfect for long lunches or golden-hour dinners.
