On Sunday May 3rd, step into a slower rhythm at The Vintage.
Set above the city, this intimate wellness experience hosted by Niamh Byron begins on the rooftop with a guided 45 minute breathwork session overlooking Lisbon’s skyline. A quiet moment to arrive, release tension and regulate the nervous system.
Into the Spa
From there, the morning unfolds into the spa. A curated flow through heat, steam and touch, where you’ll move between a guided sauna ritual, steam room immersion and a mini 15 minute reflexology treatment.
These gentle shifts between warmth and coolness help to stimulate circulation, support recovery and ease physical tension, while creating space for the mind to slow down and reset.
Reflexology brings a deeper layer to the experience. Through targeted pressure points in the feet, it supports the body as a whole, encouraging balance, improving energy flow and inviting a state of deep relaxation.
In between, time opens up for rest, a dip in the pool or a refreshing cool-down. A moment to pause, process and reconnect at your own pace.
Stay a little longer
We close back on the rooftop just before 12pm with fresh smoothies and space to linger, connect and take in the view. You’re welcome to stay a little longer as the rooftop opens, with drinks and light bites available on the menu to ease into the afternoon.
A slower Sunday, thoughtfully designed to share or to keep for yourself. Leave feeling lighter, clearer and more restored.
