Sip Stories @ The Vintage is our take on the wine tasting. Taking place at Blue Bistrot, a sophisticated and relaxed space that pays homage to Lisbon’s blue skies, this session brings together a small group of curious sippers for a curated flight of wines, guided by a passionate host.
We welcome Certified Wine Specialist Valerie Tan for an intimate early-evening tasting. Having lived in nine countries and worked in Portuguese vineyards, Valerie brings genuine depth to every bottle she selects, each one chosen for the story it carries and the tradition it represents.
This edition travels the country grape by grape. Baga from Bairrada, Alvarinho from Vinho Verde, Rabigato from the Douro, Castelão from Lisbon, each one a flagship of its region, poured on its own to show what it can really do. Four wines, four landscapes, one glass at a time.
No two editions are quite the same. The wines change, the music shifts, the theme evolves. But the ritual stays: sip, listen, discover.
